I have a complaint, what to do?

We find it regrettable if you have a complaint and want to do everything we can to resolve it as soon as possible. You can send your complaint by using the complaint form, fill it in as completely as possible and clearly state what your complaint is. This will help us to process your complaint as quickly as possible, we strive to have an answer within 5 working days. If this does not work, we will contact you as soon as possible.

I have a question about the warranty period

The consumables that I want to order cannot be found in the webshop, what to do?

That is unfortunate, in principle we sell all consumables from Hypertherm, including the centricut consumables for plasma systems from Kjellberg, ESAB, Kaliburn, Koike & Komatsu.

Unfortunately, not all consumables are online. This is because many systems are already very outdated and the demand is small. Nevertheless, we are in most cases able to supply the consumables of old type plasma cutting machines, are you curious if we can supply the consumables for you? Then do not hesitate to contact us.

I want to request a quote, is this possible?

Yes, this is possible. If you do not yet have an account for the webshop and are not logged in yet, you can click on the “request quote” button on the product pages. The specific item will then be added to your quote. Once you have added everything, you can complete the quotation request and send it. We will then contact you within 5 working days to discuss the quotation and make an offer.
