I have a complaint, what to do?

We find it regrettable if you have a complaint and want to do everything we can to resolve it as soon as possible. You can send your complaint by using the complaint form, fill it in as completely as possible and clearly state what your complaint is. This will help us to process your complaint as quickly as possible, we strive to have an answer within 5 working days. If this does not work, we will contact you as soon as possible.

I have a question about the warranty period

The consumables that I want to order cannot be found in the webshop, what to do?

That is annoying however, we do sell ALL Hypertherm consumables, as well as Centricut consumables for plasma systems from Kjellberg, ESAB, Kaliburn, Koike & Komatsu.

Unfortunately, not all consumables are online. This is because many systems are considered end of life, or the demand for them is very small. Nevertheless, in most cases we are able to supply the consumables for old plasma cutting machines, or are able to offer an upgrade package. Are you curious whether we can supply the consumables for you? Please contact us in that case.
