Ordering & Payment
Online orders
A large part of the Hypertherm consumables range can be ordered online through our webshop. When an order is placed, it is easy to follow it by using MyAccount Prior to place an order an overview is shown with the added items, the costs and shipping costs. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
Orders can only be placed if you have created an account. We recommend to do this immediately to have one platform for all your orders. It is more convenient to have an account so that the ordering process is accelerated in the future.
Online payment
It is possible to pay for your order via iDeal transaction. We use Mollie as a payment provider.
On account
When you first order on shop.act-machinery.com, we ask you to make the payment in advance. It is then not possible to pay on account afterwards After the 1st order, we offer the possibility to pay afterwards on account, this works on the basis of a digital invoice. If you want to pay afterwards after your first order, we would like to ask you to enter your company name, VAT number and Chamber of Commerce number. Delivery
All orders come with UPS, the cost are € 10 per order unless the minimum amount of € 1000 has been reached. Orders are delivered as quickly as possible, but due to our supplier’s stock, it is not always guaranteed that this will be within 24 hours. If the delivery time is longer than expected, we will contact you.
Pick up is also possible, the shipping costs remain the same, but the order will be delivered to us. If you want to pick up the order, you must contact us so that we can process it.
