Returns & Complaints
Online orders can be returned up to 14 days after receipt. The return must be provided with the supplied packing list and invoice, which you have received by email shortly after your online order.
A return must always be reported to our customer service, this can be done by mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), by telephone (+31 513 41 21 31 – local rate) or via the return form that you can find below. If you give the return by telephone, keep the order number at hand.
The returns must always be returned to us clean, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The return costs are for your own, unless we have sent the wrong or damaged item.
Even if it appears that the order has not been placed by you, the return costs will be at our expense.
We find it very regrettable if you have a complaint about a product supplied by us, a delivery, our services or the webshop. If you have a complaint, please let us know. You can fill in the complaints form below, we will ensure that this is sent to the right persons or to the supplier. Our aim is to resolve your complaint as quick as possible, you can expect a substantive response to your complaint within 5 working days.
